Return Policy
Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility: Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with intact tags and testing certificates, and without scratches, damage, or signs of wear. Defective or incorrect products are exempt from the "unused" requirement.
Non-Returnable Items: products with damaged packaging/certificates are not eligible for return.
Return Process: Contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning; returns without an RA number will not be accepted. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective goods).
